Belvedere – something about alcohol at a wedding party

There is no doubt that in our culture alcohol at the wedding reception is an almost obligatory item. Yes, there are celebrations without alcoholic beverages, but Karol and I decided on an original approach to the alcohol that will appear on the tables at our wedding reception.

First of all, Belvedere Vodka cannot be missing – this beverage combines the strictest production methods and 600 years of vodka production history. Belvedere Vodka started to achieve international success in the 90s of the last century. It was then that our local Polmos Żyrardów – one of the largest companies producing spirits at that time – decided to create its own, unique brands. As a result, in 1993 – the same year in which little Gosia was born – the first bottles of Belvedere Vodka were produced. Just three years later, as the world’s first luxury vodka, Belvedere entered the American market, creating the category of Super Premium Vodka. What is more, it is the same spirit that James Bond consumed in the film „Spectre”.

What is interesting, the very word „Belvedere” means „beautiful to see”. – and we believe that our guests should also be well seen, celebrating with us the most important day of our lives, and at the same time the first day of being a Husband and Wife. Of course, not only vodka is good for you – for this reason our wedding menu will include a wide range of drinks and cocktails to choose from.

Our favourite drink is the whisky sour, consisting of whisky, sour mix and angostura. ? However, there’s nothing to stop guests from trying completely different flavours by reaching for the tequila boom boom (which is a mix of tequila and sprite), kamikaze (vodka neat, blue curacao and lemon juice), mojito virgin (lime, mint, cane sugar, sparkling water), cuba libre (rum, lime juice and cola), or…. sex on the beach (vodka, coconut liqueur, cranberry, pineapple and orange juices).
